Leela Eco Spa & Studio
Leela Eco Spa is a boutique yoga studio in the heart of Bridgeland - just North of downtown. We focus on authentic & traditional yoga and meditation for all levels and ages. Our teachers focus on proper alignment, breathing and relaxation while tailoring each class and posture to meet your precise needs.
Our intimate yoga studio ensures that our instructors can give each student individualized attention and instruction.
We have drop-in classes 7 days per week for $15, and $11 for students & seniors.
Our classes include: Ashtanga, pre-natal, mom & baby, ageless, vinyassa flow, and restorative, among others.
Leela also offers a full compliment of eco-spa services, including top-notch sports, relaxation, therapeutic & pre-/post- natal massages. Our esthetician has over 10 years experience and works exclusively with natural and organic skin care to truly pamper your skin.
Our yoga instructors and massage therapists can suggest a complementary service that would be most suited to you, if you would be interested.

At Yoga Mandala our goal is to make yoga accessible to every body in a safe and welcoming environment. All of our classes are based on the Vinyasa style of Yoga which uses a combination of movement, postures and breath to build strength, flexibility and balance throughout the body.
We are conveniently located in Marda Loop and offer classes from early morning to evening, 7 days a week.
