Rekindle inner peace and strength with this exploration of the Divine Light Invocation. The workshop includes gentle yoga postures, relaxation, mantra, visualization and reflection. The yogic practices will be woven through the physical to open our hearts and minds to new insights.

You will need a yoga mat and pen and paper for your written reflections.

Francine was certain that she had found a life-long practice after her very first yoga class in the mid-nineties. Her journey began with training in a disciplined hatha yoga tradition, including teacher training in 2002. The physical practice of hatha was a valuable foundation which gave rise to a strong desire to investigate the broader aspects of yoga. This led to Yashodara Ashram in British Columbia.

After spending a year and a half at the ashram studying the teachings of Swami Radha, and taking all the levels of teacher training, Francine now teaches from that tradition. Classes are quiet and reflective, integrating asana with yogic spiritual practices.
